१) राहदानीको निवेदन पेश गर्नको लागि प्रिइनरोलमेन्ट पहिलो चरण हो । लाइभइनरोलमेन्ट (Embassay) गर्ने ठाउँमा गएर बायोमेट्रिक बिबरण (तस्विर खिच्ने, औठा छाप लगाउने आदि) उपलब्ध गराए पछि मात्र यो चरण पुरा हुन्छ ।
Submission of the pre-enrolment application for a Passport is the first step and the process ends with providing biometric details (photograph, fingerprint etc). This can be provided in Stockholm on Saturday 15th March 2025 09:00 – 19:00 during Ghumti-Seva at Kista Torg 7, 164 42 Kista

३) प्रिइनरोलमेन्ट गरेको निवेदन अनिवार्यरुपमा प्रिन्ट गरेर अरु कागजात सहित पेश गर्नु पर्दछ । यदि त्यो हरायो भने पुन: लग इन गरेर अर्को प्रिन्ट निकाल्नु पर्छ ।
A printed copy of the pre-enrolled form must be submitted along with other documents. If it is lost, the applicant needs to log in and take another printout. Copy of the form can be downloaded using the Request number and the birthdate from below link.

If request number is lost, you need to fill the form again from beginning.
After filling up the form, you need to email this form as attachment to eoncopenhagen@gmail.com for verification. You can make the payments immediately without need of waiting for reply.
Fees for Passport / Passport Renewal and How to make Payments from Sweden
Normal 34 Pages Passport = 950 DKK (Danish Kroner) or approximately 1450 SEK (Swedish Kroner). Please note 950 DKK is what needs to reflect in Embassy’s Bank account. During Bank transfers, there are bank charges and sometimes amount is deducted from 950 DKK. Then you will need to transfer additional amount again and incur additional cost. So be very careful to ensure you send correct amount.
Payment should happen atleast 2 to 3 days in advance and you need to bring proof of payment while coming to mobile service. Please write text while making payment example “Passport fee: Hari Magar”
